🎯Custom KPIs

Overview

Custom KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) let users define the exact metrics they care about most, instead of being locked into only default dashboards. This gives flexibility to align TrackGMV with individual business goals.

How It Works

  • Users pick from existing metrics (Clicks, Conversions, GMV, ROI, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

  • They can combine or rename metrics to create a personalized KPI (e.g., “Cost per GMV Dollar”).

  • Custom KPIs are displayed on the Dashboard and Reports.

  • AI Insights adapts recommendations based on these KPIs when possible.

How to Use It

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Customize KPIs.

  2. Select metrics and define how you want them calculated or displayed.

  3. Save your KPI set; it will replace defaults on your dashboard.

  4. Use KPIs in filters when exporting or viewing reports.

Example

  • An affiliate running ads wants to track “Profit per Click” instead of just CTR.

    • They create a KPI: (Revenue – Ad Spend) ÷ Clicks.

    • Dashboard now shows Profit per Click alongside other KPIs, making optimization easier.
