Overview

Cohort Analysis groups customers by acquisition date or source to track retention, repeat purchases, and LTV (Lifetime Value).

How It Works

  • Groups customers into cohorts (by month or channel).

  • Tracks revenue, repeat purchase rate, and retention.

  • Visualizes cohort data in tables and charts.

How to Use It

  1. Go to Cohort Analysis under Advanced Features (Pro only).

  2. Choose cohort type: acquisition date or traffic source.

  3. Analyze LTV, retention rate, and repeat purchases.

Example

A seller reviews TikTok-acquired customers from July vs. August. The July cohort has 30% repeat purchase rate, while August only shows 12%, suggesting weaker long-term performance for recent campaigns.
